  • WiNGTRAX is the big and high rigidity boring and milling machine equipped with Ø160/Ø180 boring spindle with 800/1000mm travel! Max spindle speed at 1500rpm which can provide maximum torque output at 2400 Nm.

BED TYPE MILLING CENTER WITH ROTARY TABLE RT1200LT

The new stepless rotary tables with a 0.001 ° division and high-resolution rotary encoders for excellent positioning and repeat accuracy are available with a maximum table load of up to 19,000 kg.

In order to set new standards with the RT – LT model series, the modern direct drives, in conjunction with the 55 linear guides, now achieve a rapid traverse of 25 m / min and a feed speed of 10 m / min in all axes and the new spindle drives create a speed range available up to 12,000 rpm.

The tried and tested, innovative 3-way FLAT-Ram machine design, where all drive and transmission units, such as spindle motor, ZF®Gear or pulley are placed on the rear of the boom, the RT-LT achieves an almost striking geometric accuracy.

All models of the RT – LT series have large travels – Y-axis up to a maximum of 1,350 mm, extensive standard equipment and extensive options (e.g. stepless automatic milling heads or CTS with up to 50 bar).
